Thinkly Kids is designed for children and families and complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple’s Kids Category requirements.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide educational functionality.

Thinkly Kids is a parent-managed service.

• No social features, messaging, or public profiles are included.
   

Parents may review, update, or delete their child’s information at any time by contacting us.

If enabled by a parent:

• Camera and photo access allows uploading homework or worksheets.
   
• Images are used only to generate educational content (e.g., practice questions).
   
• Images are not shared publicly or used for advertising.
   

If enabled by a parent:

• Microphone access allows optional voice-based question input.
   
• Voice input is processed only to support learning features.
   
• Voice data is not used for tracking, advertising, or identification.
   

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information may be processed by trusted service providers solely to operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting or AI processing), under strict confidentiality and security obligations.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including:

No system is 100% secure, but we work diligently to safeguard user data.
